Much of everything in the game has to be unlocked through playing the campaign(s, with DLC), to be used in Sandbox mode (which is done by getting four stars on each island, though that differs in some of the DLC campaigns, such as RtJP). There is no Site B mode in this game, and no true way to implement it due to the numerous issues with the dinosaur behavior and AI in this game.Much has been addressed already (such as the canned animations, which are nice at first, but get repetitive real fast, or the habitat/social/population requirements, and how dinosaurs will not actively seek out their needs, except for food and water mostly), but one of my biggest issues is the turn based combat system where only two dinosaurs can fight at a time (like what was used in the mobile games I'm pretty sure).Automatically that means no pack hunting. In JPOG two theropods (such as a Spinosaurus or Carcharodontosaurus) could be fighting while a herd of Triceratops, etc could be fleeing, while charging at them with their horns, etc. The ragdoll system that kicks in while a dinosaur is becoming tranquilized is goofy, but can also be immersion breaking, especially when limbs and the neck/head start moving in ways they couldn't.Some of the animations and rigging are pretty disappointing as well such as the near tail dragging T.

Dinosaurs will walk inside each other or through each other constantly.Sometimes dinosaurs can be walking and just pass through fences in this manner (which can be problematic depending on what it is).

While small carnivores can be kept with larger ones (1 species of small carnivore, per 1 species of large carnivore, exception is the T.

Rex with Velociraptors), the issue with the smaller carnivores constantly panicking until they start starving is still an issue here as it was in JPOG (despite having no real threat of being eaten).

Herbivores cannot go without feeders in their enclosure despite having an animation for grazing.

Herbivores (and I suppose carnivores too, as raptors in JPOG would 'play', such as rolling around and jumping) have no way to play with each other like in JPOG, and don't intermingle with other herbivores in their enclosure.
